Silica in China was priced at USD 907.86/tonne as of 2026-09-03, a weekly gain of 0.6% from USD 902.74/tonne on 2026-08-27. The monthly change stands at 3.3%, up from USD 878.55/tonne on 2026-08-04, while the quarter change is 2.4% from USD 886.83/tonne on 2026-06-05. According to ChemAnalyst on 2026-09-01, stricter environmental compliance in China raised production costs and limited discounting throughout August 2026.
