Rapeseed meal prices in China stood at USD 372.37/tonne as of 2026-09-03, an increase of 2.8% from USD 362.19/tonne on 2026-08-27. Over the month the price has climbed 4.7% from USD 355.67/tonne on 2026-08-04, and the quarter change stands at 6.2% from USD 350.60/tonne on 2026-06-05. Year on year, the price is up 1.1% from USD 368.29/tonne on 2025-09-03.
The 52-week high is USD 407.74/tonne, recorded on 2026-03-13, and the 52-week low is USD 338.17/tonne, recorded on 2025-10-22.
According to 7hcn, crushing plants in coastal China experienced multiple, significant disruptions due to port clearance delays for imported rapeseed and technical failures starting in late August 2026. 7hcn also reported that domestic coastal rapeseed inventories fell by 15.93 percent by August 21, 2026, leading to a 18 percent decrease in rapeseed meal stocks held by crushing facilities.
Earlier in the quarter, Claight market monitoring shows that the average market price for rapeseed meal in China increased by 2.58 percent between July 20 and July 24, 2026, driven by consistent aquaculture demand.
