Nylon 6 prices in China stood at USD 2,007/tonne as of 2026-09-04, an increase of 2.4% from USD 1,959/tonne on 2026-08-28. The month-on-month move was 8.4%, from USD 1,852/tonne on 2026-08-05, and the quarter change was 16.0%, from USD 1,729/tonne on 2026-06-05. Over twelve months the price rose 39.6%, from USD 1,438/tonne on 2025-09-04. The 52-week high was USD 2,138/tonne on 2026-04-10 and the 52-week low was USD 1,273/tonne on 2025-11-03.
Supply-side developments have coincided with the rise. CCFGroup reported on 2026-07-31 that CPL plants including Luxi, Shenma, and Lubao suspended or reduced production in early July, removing 400kt/year of capacity.
