Claight market monitoring shows that leading paper mills including Nine Dragons and Shanying announced phased price increases of 50 RMB/ton across multiple bases effective August 17, 22, and 25, according to a notice dated 2026-08-12. Shanying Paper scheduled production suspensions at its Zhejiang and Anhui bases between September 25 and October 6 for holiday maintenance, Claight reported on 2026-09-14.
