Butyl Acrylate Price in China Steady at USD 1,259/tonne

Butyl acrylate in China was quoted at USD 1,259/tonne as of 2026-09-29, a week change of -0.0% from USD 1,260/tonne on 2026-09-22. The price is up 4.2% over the month from USD 1,208/tonne on 2026-08-28 and 9.6% over the quarter from USD 1,149/tonne on 2026-07-01. Year on year, it has risen 11.9% from USD 1,125/tonne on 2025-09-29. The 52-week high stands at USD 1,261/tonne on 2026-09-21 and the 52-week low at USD 1,081/tonne on 2026-01-30.

Claight market monitoring shows that leading producers Wanhua Chemical, Satellite Chemical, and Huayi Group raised ex-factory prices for butyl acrylate between July 13 and July 16, 2026, to offset rising feedstock costs.

According to ChemDo, Wanhua Chemical increased butyl acrylate prices by 400 RMB/ton to 9,300 RMB/ton effective September 1, 2026, citing geopolitical disruptions and higher raw material costs.

On the trade side, ChemNet reported that South Korea extended provisional anti-dumping duties on Chinese butyl acrylate from August 21 to September 27, 2026, to allow for final ruling verification. Aju Press reported that the South Korean government announced final anti-dumping duties of up to 19.17% on Chinese butyl acrylate starting September 28, 2026.
